Higher blood sugar levels have been recently linked to sudden memory loss.
I have had Type 1 Diabetes for 17 years now, and there are times when this does happen, not so much lately because of a change in insulins and such.
But there are times when it happens, and I also have a terrible time trying to remember things from a few years ago, when my blood sugars were not so well in control.
I would DEFINITLY have him check in with an endocrinologist in your area, he is exhibiting symptoms of type 1 Diabetes.

All foods are converted into glucose by the body.
Fats in 6-8 hours or more, Proteins (meat, eggs, beans) in 3-4 hours, and Carbohydrates in 30 minutes. Carbohydrates include starches such as rice, pasta, breads and cereals.
A proper diet will combine fats, carbohydrates, and proteins at each meal, to provide nutrients and create an even release of glucose into the blood. Whole Grain carbohydrates turn into sugar slowly and help keep the blood sugar stable.
Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat moderate, balanced meals at regular times. Losing weight helps control Diabetes.

i had similar problems when i was diagnosed with diabetes. it's due 2 the glucose in ur body not being absorbed into the brain cells! get ur brother 2 a doctor. if he doesnt like needles a simple finger prick test should be able 2 confirm whether or not he has diabetes!

yes white gold and sterling silver are both fine. But beware of anything that is "gold plated" or "silver plated" as it may have nickel under the surface, Real gold and silver will be hallmarked, that is engraved with the number stating the carat of gold and silver so you know they are safe.

If you had an epidural during labor there is a good possibility that it will hurt from time to time. After having 3 babies I can tell you that once you have an epidural you can have back pain anytime it triggers. The best medicine for it is Motrin and putting your feet up. I had my last 2 years ago and still occasionally I will have a twinge at the site of the epi. It does get better, just don't let it get in the way of enjoying time with your baby. Take a bath during nap time and just relax.

Could be your mattress, or if you do alot of lifting for work?
Could be your pillow? You should go to the doctor you may need physical therapy if you have had back pain for a while.. also are you over weight.. some times that can trigger back pain.
