I only want to hear from people who have tried exercise as a treatment for chronic back pain. Did it work for you? Do you do cardio, weights or both? Which back-specific exercises helped? I need some motivation to start exercising but I don't want to start unless I know it's going to help.

I want to bring in a treat for my sons class for his birthday. I was planning on a cake but one child has a nut allergy and I can't find anything without the warning on the label.

I was thinking ice cream but they usually get some on Fridays with their lunch. My son doesn't care for rice krispie treats. Anyone have some good ideas. I was thinking of maybe just some little mix candy bags. Any ideas welcome.

I have terrible lower back pain that only seems to surface when I lie down. In other words, when I lie down I feel ok but when I get up I feel as though I've been run over by a truck and my lower back is crushed. My current mattress is a Sealy Pillow Top (about 6 years old) and I think I need a new one but there are so many options….help! Here are a few of my questions….

It doesn't happen extremely often but I randomly get this pain in the mid to back left part of my head. It hurts but only for a few seconds then it goes away and i doesn't happen again for a long time. Anyone have any idea what this might be? I used to get migraines really bad could that have anything to do with it?
