i am eating about 1200 calories a day, exercising 4-5 days a week for 50 minutes and i quit smoking 3 months ago. ive only lost about 8 lbs. could it be that im not losing that quick or that much because of my body getting used to not smoking? i smoked for 30 yrs. have 3 months off nicotine.

I had a cold sore about a week ago, now im not sure but I’m starting to get the signs of genital herpes. I’m going to go get tested soon but I am curious if you have a cold sore and you touch it and accidentally touch your genitals if you can get genital herpes that way.

However, my fertile time was during when I think the infection began.

So, can having a yeast infection decrease my chances of conceiving this month? this is my 8th or 9th month TTC…
