I know my diet is AWFUL. I don’t cook and eat mostly cafeteria + fast food.

I’ve been considering taking a multi-vitamin for a long time. I have a history of osteoporosis in the family, and a doctor once told me that my bones are too thin.

SO! I want to take a multi-vitamin (Centrum) and a calcium supplement (Caltrate D).
Is this safe? Is there anything such as TOO MUCH CALCIUM?

Also, I read on the net that Centrum doesn’t work because it isn’t “time-released”. Is this true? Does it matter?

I have suffered a lot years of delusions, depression and homicidal thoughts. I have not been able to complete schooling and i’m 22 years old. I’m doing hospitality and management right now at Humber. But i wanted to be a pharmacist. I feel useless and vulnerable. Is their a chatline for bipolar people.

A friend of mine is 17 and i have some concerns about her but she’s really good at covering things up. I know some people with depression and who are bipolar so i’m not unfamiliar with it but i could do with a bit of advice. She wants to do something about things but she doesn’t really know how to get started with a councellor. There’s just too much history if you know what i mean. I just found out I have a yeast infection using a Monistat screening kit and I bought a Monistat one day treatment. This is the first time I’ve ever had one and the number on the screening kit’s thing was 6.0 if that’s helpful. Is it better to use the one day treatment versus the 7 day treatment?
